We’re really proud to show the the second of our covers for Policy Connect this Autumn – this one for the Higher Education Commission’s ‘Too Good To Fail‘ report which launches today. The HEC report design is part of a series of pieces of work we are completing this Autumn which use a single bold, graphic design theme throughout.
Featuring an entirely original design, ‘To Good To Fail’ uses bold geometric graphics with an empty centre.
Depicting the funding of education is never going to be the easiest task, and we wanted to avoid obvious clichés. So while we working on the information graphics inside the book, one of the rather bold graphs, below, ended up inspiring us for the cover design.
So – from informative information graphic to abstract geometric in a single leap!
