Mansford’s new London signage design

We’ve been working on a series of London signage design projects for the real estate investment management firm Mansford, and this week has seen the finishing of their new offices on Haymarket.

A few weeks back I wrote about the new signage we’ve installed outside 600 King’s Road, one of Mansford’s properties currently undergoing refurbishment in Chelsea. That project was an unusual one, focussing on the deployment of the Mansford brand outside one of their holdings.

A CONTINUATION OF WORK FOR MANSFORD

Over the past few weeks, we have been completing a series of great projects following their move to new offices in the former Burberry building on Haymarket. Our work with Mansford stretches back many years, and originally involved designing their company identity in 2006 at their previous offices in Chelsea, so updating the implementation of the design has been a real pleasure.

The original project was to establish a new real estate investment company design from scratch, and also involved devising a website design and other promotional materials.

However the move to central London offices marked a new era for the company.

Mansford’s offices on Haymarket – a new London signage design project

NEW LONDON SIGNAGE DESIGN

The ‘new era Mansford’ project began with a new design of stationery for the company, including some really gorgeous embossed finished pieces. Then, this past week, we’ve seen the installation of the new London signage design outside their new offices. The signage is a combination of laser-cut prospect and powdered aluminium, suspended on a bracket supplied by the Crown Estate.

The design essentially uses ‘the Mansford brand’ but reflects the fact that there are several tenants other than Mansford in the building.

We were involved with the design, manufacture and logistics of this installation which conforms to Crown Estate regulations and required planning permission from Westminster Council.
