In 2012, the company will have been running for nine years, establishing a strong reputation. As well as our full-time core team we work with a select group of 'associates' (hence the name!), sourcing the right people for the right job, whether it be illustrators, interior designers or photographers.

Richard Chapman
Creative Director
Following training at the (then) London College of Printing and a design degree at Goldsmiths College, Richard, imagining a future designing beautiful magazines, worked at London publications such as World of Interiors, House & Garden, Brides, Harpers & Queen, Tatler and Vogue and then in New York City at Premiere and New York magazine.
However, destiny had different plans and in 1999, he joined Conran Design Group. During his four years there worked on clients as diverse as Shell, First Choice Holidays, The Royal Mail, Citroën, Ideal Standard and Sainsbury's.
In 2003 he left Conran to form his own consultancy which as it has grown has become Richard P Chapman Design Associates.
In 2007 the company won the Dupliquick Zebra Award for Best Poster Design, Edinburgh Fringe Festival and has gone on to design for high-profile clients such as Oddbins, St Paul's Cathedral, CBRE Investors, the Parliamentary Advisory group Policy Connect... and many clients whose names you may not recognise, but have been working with the company since its inception.
Oliver Nowlan
Designer
Oli has worked with us since September 2008, taking a break to go travelling during the winter of 2009-10, then returning in the Summer of 2010. He studied Graphic Design at Camberwell College of Art. His major pieces of work for the company include Icon Architects, Hannah Lougee Osteopathy, The AdBox, ISWAI and No.1 Traveller.
Riccardo Teofilo
Junior Designer
Riccardo has worked with us since September 2011, having studied at the European Design Institute of Turin, Italy.
Kyle Duncan
Web developer
Kyle has been working with us on an ongoing basis since Summer 2009 as a central part of the website team. He is particularly experienced in e-commerce and Content Managed websites.
