legal practice website design

A new kind of legal practice website design project

It can be really rather enjoyable when a business which one usually associates with somewhat staid business practices takes you completely by surprise. And so it was with working alongside Freedmans Law on their new legal practice website design project this Autumn.

I had met Danny Freedman a couple of years ago when he said, “maybe I should get my website sorted out…”. Of course, that sort of request is like a red rag to a bull to me!  The idea of making a legal practice website design interesting, visual and modern is very appealing. And so a little while later, the project came to fruition. We’re both really pleased with the end result.

Danny commented about the project;

‘Richard Chapman Studio made the process of redesigning our website refreshingly smooth and easy – they’re full of ideas, solutions, efficient and a pleasure to deal with’

A legal practice website design project with several facets;

Identity
As a part of the project we also looked at smartening up the identity, while remaining true to its original spirit and layout, just giving it a ‘tune up’ to keep the overall look fresh.

Icon design
Another key element to the project was a series of icons focussing on their core businesses. There’s more information about this part of the project here.

Photography
All the imagery was custom-shot on location at properties for which Freedmans Law had acted, giving a fresh, unique look to the site but focussing on the more abstract side of the buildings.

It’s a sound, modern legal practice website design for a growing firm – it feels and looks the part and is an ideal ‘shop window’ on the web for the company.
