We are thrilled to say that following our double nominations at the print industry’s Solutions Awards, this week we were joint winners! It’s a really fantastic recognition of our work over the past year and the team and I are absolutely thrilled. The winning project was our work for concierge service Thadeus London in the Best Solution for Paper category. We see this wonderful prize as huge boost going into 2020 and with so much of our time being spent on the web it’s fantastic to achieve an award win for our print design work.

Our project brief for concierge service Thadeus London was to create both a print and online brochure. The client had been keen from the very start that they wanted to run with a beautiful, modern piece of print design work that caught the imagination of their discerning clientele.
As such it’s a highly-specified, beautiful booklet – which was a real pleasure to work on. The team at Thadeus were right behind us in going for a high-end finish and loved the idea of the combination of a singer-sewn spine and blind emboss on the cover.
However it was our choice of paper that proved to be the really winning ticket here: we used Munken’s Polar Smooth stock range for the brochure which has the most gorgeous finish and holds colour (and that emboss) incredibly perfectly.
All in all, a fantastic combination of specification and design.
