Working with fellow designers who embrace the creative process is always deeply satisfying. This project, for interior designer and architect Tommaso Franchi’s signature brand Tomèf – proved the theory. With Tommaso based just down the road from our studio in Chelsea, regular meetings to review evolving ideas have become a ritual we will miss.
We devised an modern, type-based logo that both condenses to an icon and expands to a geometric repeating pattern. The new branding has been applied to social media graphics, stationery and a new portfolio website. The site takes all our brand elements and combines them with a wide selection of the studio’s recent work blending dynamic design and vector animation.
Our primary aim has been to bring Tomèf’s brand and website up to speed with the outstanding quality of work they complete for clients around the world. Yet, they’ve kept it local, not had to go too far to work with us and collaborate on what has been a deeply enjoyable creative process.
